I've been in FFXIV since 2.4something but I come and go and MSQ progress is slow. As of 11/12/23 and applicable to new clients after this date.
Payment is considered an agreement to the terms below.
Unless discussed and agreed on beforehand, all site text and website assets should be provided with relative speed after payment.
Website production will only begin after payment and a majority of materials have been provided.
If a significant delay (four (4) days or more), unless agreed upon beforehand, between receiving payment and a majority of publishable assets, I reserve the right to return payment minus a 100,000 gil or $5 fee.
Materials should not require extensive editing to deliver a quality product. Currently not in a position to edit logos and image assets. Written material can and may be proofed and edited for clarity and maximum impact.
Assets that I have to procure for completion (like backgrounds) will only come from free and commercially licensed sources. I cannot and will not buy additional assets in real-world currency. No AI-generated assets will be used or generated.
Flyer materials need to be in my hand 1 week before the event or marketing period to allow for any irl interruption.
